On March 27, 2013, the Company provided written notice of termination of a management consultancy agreement with Dr. Josef M.E. Leiter. The effective date of the termination of Dr. Leiter, who provides strategic advisory services to the Company pursuant to the agreement, will be September 30, 2013.
