On March 28, 2013, VeriSign, Inc. (“Verisign” or the “Company”) released Verisign Labs Technical Report #1130007 version 2.2: New gTLD Security and Stability Considerations (the “Report”). The Company provided the Report along with a cover letter to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) (the “Letter”) on March 28, 2013. A copy of the Letter and the Report are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2.
