Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 27, 2013, Spartan Motors, Inc. (the "Company") announced the receipt of orders for 1,900 of our ReachTM delivery vehicles. Production is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2013, with completion of the order expected in early 2014.
