Item 3.03 Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders
Effective March 27, 2013, the Company approved an additional extension of its Common Stock Purchase Warrants Series “A” and Common Stock Purchase Warrants Series “B”. The term of the Warrants was extended June 30, 2013. These Warrants were scheduled to expire on March 31, 2013.
