Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., as Depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Master Servicer and Certificate Administrator, Midland Loan Services, a division of PNC Bank , National Association, as Special Servicer, Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Inc., as Senior Trust Advisor and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, with respect to Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates JPMC 2012-CIBX (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms used herein not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned in the Agreement. A review of the activities of the Servicer during the period from June 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, and of its performance per the Agreement during such period has been made under my supervision, and 2.
