On March 28, 2013, the Board of Directors of HomeStreet, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share payable on or about April 22, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 11, 2013.
The Company's press release announcing the declaration of this cash dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
