On March 22, 2013, Marc Wexler resigned from his positions as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Be Active Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Wexler will remain an employee of the Company based on the same financial terms as set forth in his current employment agreement, which was filed as an exhibit to the Current Report on Form 8-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 15, 2013.
