ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On March 28, 2013, Angiotech issued a press release relating to its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012. The full text of Angiotech’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
