(b) As of March 25, 2013, Mr. Mark S. Cross no longer serves as Senior Vice President, Packaging. It is anticipated that he will remain an employee of MeadWestvaco until July 31, 2013, at which time he is expected to become a consultant to the company for a limited duration, advising senior management on certain strategic issues.
