On March 21, 2013, Robin A. Sawyer, vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer, informed us that she accepted a position at another company and will depart the company on April, 12, 2013. Mark S. Frey, executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, will assume the duties of principal accounting officer effective April 12, 2013.

On March 26, 2013, The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued a ruling in the matter of Power Integrations, Inc. v Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. and Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation.
