On March 26, 2013, Walter Investment Management Corp. (the “Company”) issued a 2012 Year End Earnings Presentation Supplement (“Earnings Supplement”). A copy of the Earnings Supplement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
