Item 5.02                                           Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 20, 2013, Mr. Richard LeSavoy, the Company’s Vice President of Manufacturing, notified the Company of his decision to resign his position to pursue other interests.  Mr. LeSavoy, 57, has agreed to assist the Company with the transition and therefore his resignation is currently expected to take effect in the middle of June of this year.  The Company does not anticipate that Mr. LeSavoy’s resignation will have a material impact on the Company’s operations.
