Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On March 20, 2013, First Financial Northwest, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Bylaws to decrease the size of its Board of Directors from nine (9) to eight (8) members in connection with the previously announced resignation of Director M. Scott Gaspard. A copy of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws are attached hereto as Exhibit 3.2.
