In a press release dated March 13, 2013, Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (the “Company”) announced that it will present at the CAGE (Consumer Analyst Group of Europe) conference (the “CAGE Conference”) in London on March 20, 2013.  The Company’s presentation will be webcast live on the Internet and can be accessed in the manner set forth in the press release.
