At our Annual Meeting of Shareholders on March 18, 2013, management will give a presentation containing financial information and projections relating to the Company. We may rely on all or part of this presentation any time we are discussing the current state of the Company. A copy of the relevant information and projections is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
