On March 18, 2013, FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF)(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and operating results for the three months and twelve months ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
