Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 18, 2013, Entropic Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing updated financial guidance for the quarter ending March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
