On March 13, 2013, Flotek Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2012 and that it will hold a conference call discussing those results. The March 13, 2013 press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
