On March 11, 2013, American Vanguard Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share of the company’s common stock to be distributed on April 19, 2013 to shareholders of record as of April 5, 2013.
In addition, at a board meeting held on March 8, 2013, the Board of Directors of the corporation resolved to set its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to take place at 11:00am PDT on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 and set the record date for such meeting to be on the close of business, Tuesday, April 16, 2013.
