On January 30, 2013, State Bank Financial Corporation, holding company for State Bank and Trust Company, issued a press release announcing our unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012. On January 30, 2013, we filed with the SEC a current report on Form 8-K and attached a copy of the press release as Exhibit 99.1.
We are filing this amendment to the January 30, 2013 current report on Form 8-K to note that the unaudited financial data in the January 30, 2013 press release has been modified by the financial data contained in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing adjustments to our 2012 unaudited financial results.
