On March 8, 2013, Joseph R. Paul, currently Vice President and Treasurer of the Company, was appointed to succeed David E. Adante, as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary-Treasurer, immediately upon Mr. Adante’s retirement on March 22, 2013. Additional information regarding Mr. Paul was included in the Company’s current report on Form 8-K, filed on November 1, 2012, and is incorporated herein by reference.
