On March 11, 2013, Boston Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), the sole general partner of Boston Properties Limited Partnership, announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.65 per share of common stock of the Company for the period January 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013 payable on April 30, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 29, 2013. Because March 29, 2013 is a New York Stock Exchange holiday, the effective record date will be March 28, 2013.
