Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 11, 2013, Stewart Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
