Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 4, 2013, Christina C. Cooper, President, Florida and Hawaii Division notified the Company of her intention to resign effective March 29, 2013 to relocate with her family. Daniel R. Paquin, President, National Health Plans, who has responsibility for all of the Company's Medicaid and Medicare health plans, will continue to oversee the Florida and Hawaii markets.
