On March 8, 2013, the Company withdrew the S-1 it filed on January 16, 2013 due to the Company’s change in auditors and the Company’s intent to include the financials for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012 in the registration statement. The Company intends to re-file the S-1 once the audit is completed for the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2012.
