ITEM 5.02 – Resignation of Principal Officer
James Landon, interim Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cyclone Power Technologies, has stepped down from both positions for personal reasons. There were no disagreements between Mr. Landon and the Company at the time of his departure. Mr. Landon’s replacement has not been selected at the present time.
