Section 7 — Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
VWR International, LLC, a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of VWR Funding, Inc., is participating in the 2013 Goldman Sachs Leveraged Finance Healthcare Conference to be held Wednesday, March 6th, 2013, at the Goldman Sachs Conference Center in New York City.
Manuel Brocke-Benz, President and Chief Executive Officer of VWR International and VWR Funding, is scheduled to present at 11:25 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 6, 2013.
Gregory L. Cowan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VWR International and VWR Funding, is also scheduled to attend the conference.
A copy of the slides to be used by Messrs. Brocke-Benz and Cowan during the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
