Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 6, 2013, Universal Technical Institute, Inc. issued a press release announcing a notice of termination of its agreement with the bank which originates loans for its proprietary loan program. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
