Item 8.01 — Other Events.
The Board of Directors of Real Data, Inc. has received a preliminary replacement cost valuation of $117,000,000 from one of company's CPA firms, of a portion of Dr. Kautzmann’s software Intellectual Property, as the reverse merger between Real Data Inc. and Advanced Computing Solutions, Inc. moves forward to contract finalization. The reported preliminary valuation, as well as the final valuation of Dr. Kautzmann's Intellectual Property, will be reflected on the company’s Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet once the reverse merger is finalized.
