On February 27, 2013, Aetrium Incorporated publicly announced, among other things, its results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. For further information, please refer to the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference herein.

On February 27, 2013, Aetrium Incorporated publicly announced its decision to explore strategic alternatives for the company and that it is considering options that may include, among others, the sale or other disposition of one or both of its reliability test and test handler product groups.
