Item 8.01 – Other Events
On February 28, 2013, FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will release its yearend 2012 financial results after market close on Monday, March 18, 2013, and that Company management will host an investment-community conference call on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time to discuss financial results and provide a corporate update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
