Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 25, 2013, S&W Seed Company issued a press release announcing the extension of its 800 acre farmland lease in Kern County, located in California's San Joaquin Valley. The amendment extends the length of the lease from 2014 to 2024.
A copy of the press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
