On February 16, 2013, the Board of Directors of Trailblazer Resources, Inc. approved the extension of the expiration date of all of its outstanding warrants to May 31, 2013 and the extension of the deadline by which to close its proposed transaction with Temple Mountain Energy, Inc. to March 11, 2013.
