Item 8.01 - Other Events
On February 14, 2013, the Board of Directors of Electronic Systems Technology, Inc. granted stock options to eligible Directors, Officers, and Employees, subject to the conditions set forth in the Board of Directors' resolutions set forth in the attached Exhibit 99.1 and the “Electronic Systems Technology Stock Option Plan for Directors, Officers, and Employees Plan”, as follows:
Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act.
