Tongxin International Ltd. (Pink Sheets: TXIC) (the “Company”) issued a news release dated February 21, 2013, entitled “Tongxin International Provides Summary of Unaudited Financial Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2012; Conference Call Scheduled for February 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. EST”. A copy of such news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
