Item 7.01	Regulation FD Disclosure.

	On February 20, 2013 the Board of Directors of Tootsie Roll Industries,
Inc. (the "Company") declared a regular quarterly dividend $0.08 per share
payable on March 27, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business
on March 5, 2013.

The Board also declared a 3% stock dividend payable on April 5, 2013 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2013.

The Board also fixed May 6, 2013 as the date of the Annual Meeting of the
Shareholders.

A copy of the announcement of these actions is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and incorporated herein by reference.
