On Thursday February 21, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing its completion of an exclusive licensing agreement with Seattle’s Best Coffee to market and manufacture an affordable line of at-home frozen coffee drinks, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
