Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 21, 2013, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on March 29, 2013 to holders of record of its common stock at the close of business on March 8, 2013. A copy of the Company’s press release issued on February 21, 2013 announcing the declaration of the dividend is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
