Other Events.

Greg S. Seltzer was appointed Chief Lending Officer of Simplicity Bank effective February 19, 2013. Mr. Seltzer most recently served as the Interim Chief Lending Officer for Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union and previously served as the Vice President of Lending for several financial institutions in California. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
