On February 20, 2013, PVR Partners, L.P. issued a press release regarding its financial and operational results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2012, and provided financial guidance for 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
