On February 20, 2013, OfficeMax Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended December 29, 2012 and expects to post in the SEC Filings section of its investor relations website a document containing further comments on such financial results by its President and CEO, Ravi Saligram, and its EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, Bruce Besanko. The earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the earnings comments are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
