Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 20, 2013, Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. announced that its board of directors voted to raise the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend from ten cents ($0.10) per share to twelve and a half cents ($0.125) per share, beginning with the regular quarterly cash dividend, payable on March 29, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 6, 2013.
