On February 19, 2013, China Precision Steel, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
