Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 13, 2013, Eastern Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that it has executed an advisory agreement with an investment bank. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
