Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 18, 2013, America's Car-Mart, Inc. issued a press release announcing its operating results for the third fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2013. The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ended January 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
