Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 13, 2013, Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
