On February 12, 2013, Brinker International, Inc. (the "Registrant") announced that Gerardo Lopez has been added to the Board of Directors of Registrant. As of this date, Mr. Lopez has not been assigned to any of the Committees of the Board of Directors. A copy of the Press Release is attached here to as Exhibit 99-1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
