| Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On February 12, 2013, Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. will begin a series of meetings among current and prospective investors which are expected to include the presentation attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, Nationstar’s Chief Executive Officer, Jay Bray, will participate in the 14th Annual Credit Suisse Financial Services Forum on Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Nationstar intends to use the presentation filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K at the conference.
