Release of Preliminary Sales Results. On February 12, 2013, Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary sales results for the quarter and year ended December 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated here by reference.
