On February 8, 2013, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Computer Vision Systems Laboratories, Corp., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), elected Julie Rasmussen to the Board.
The Company issued a press release on February 8, 2013 announcing that Ms. Rasmussen had been named to the Board. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
